Prayer Request

There are several things I want to update about!! After the last post I feel as though it is much needed! I don't really have a whole lot of time because school is starting tomorrow (last year of nursing school...woo!!). We already have an outrageous amount of work and a test tomorrow!

In the meantime, I have been a faithful blog reader and enjoyed reading everyone's updates, but I have not been a faithful blogger. Oh well. I'll blame it on writer's block which happens a lot since I do not consider myself a writer. Ha. Anyways, I do have a MAJOR prayer request for everyone....

My mom's very good friend, Gail, has a tumor that is cancerous and they will not be able to remove it. She will have to go through a tough chemo from what I understand. I went to see her at the hospital yesterday morning and we sat in her room, talked and cried together. It was hard. I have known her since I was an infant and honestly I can't imagine receiving any news of that sort. I know it is in God's hands now and his will will be done. She expressed to me that her biggest fear is that she will not be there for her daughter's wedding in January. Please pray for her strength, faith, that she will find comfort in all of this. God is good and he doesn't give us more than we can handle. So, please keep Gail and her family in your prayers.
