Perdenales Falls
So, I guess it was early April...Will and I wanted to go hiking. We had planned on going to a couple of other places, but some of them were booked and some were too far away for a weekend especially since I have to drive back to Dallas. We decided on Perdenales Falls, which ended up being a blast. We packed the car, with food, water, and extra clothes in case we ended up staying the night. We had to cross a river (don't know the name...oops!) to get to the trail we wanted to do. Then we hiked about 7+ miles. We had a lot of fun talking and hiking together. On our way back we went to sit on rocks in the river and Will had NO IDEA that fish could nibble your toes...haha it freaked him out. You would think a guy that grew up on the beach would know this, but I guess not. Anyways, when we were crossing the river back to the other side, it seemed tougher then the first time. Will fell in, but I made it safely without getting wet. HAHA We then hiked to the water falls. Well, the water falls were not to exciting since there wasn't enough water, but it was still pretty! I very nice man took our picture, which I posted! :) We headed home after a tiring day of hiking, both sun burned, but it was well worth it! Many hiking trips in our future!!
