I just had my25th birthday!
25, yeah I know, I can't believe it either. I am officially OLD!! For those that know me really well, I have had a history of bad days on my birthday. This year I figured it would be the same (I had a Debbie Downer moment, I guess), but I had a test on my birthday, several test following, and just a busy busy schedule. BUT I WAS WRONG! I had wonderful birthday celebrations!!

First, my family gathered at my sister's in Ft. Worth to celebrate my brother's 32nd, my sister's 30th and my 25th. I love love love family time and really enjoyed our get together. My mom brought a ton of food and made 3 cakes so, we could all have our own. She is the best! My parents, sister in law, 2 brother in laws, other sister (poor thing is the only one that doesn't have a September birthday), and 7 nieces and nephews filled my sister's house and we had a blast!

Second, one of my besties, Jessica, came to Dallas for the weekend because she had a 3 day weekend. Our plan was to go to dinner, just a few of us, you know, no big deal, right? Well, Jessica is awesome and had another plan! I decided to ask a few other people to come to dinner, but they were already planning on coming without my knowledge. Ha. I also planned to go to Chuy's at 6:30, which was Jessica plan already, I just didn't know. Ha. So, when Sarah Rainer, Jessica, and I went to Chuy's we waited in the bar for our table. All of a sudden I see my sister, my cousin, his girlfriend, and Ally. How fun, but wait where did they come from! Jessica put together a little suprise party! It was so fun and I literally had NO IDEA! Katie also showed up with a yummy cookie cake compliments of Jessica as well. After a fun dinner with everyone Jessica, Sarah, and I went back to my house and talked the night away! I had so fun and loved that Jessica went out of her way to do this for me. So nice! Love my friends!
Last, Sunday the day before my birthday, I was suppose to study and cram all day before my test. Well, my parents called and said church was over and they were heading to Dallas. Made my day! They showed up and we ate at Twisted Roots...fun atmosphere and good food! After that they left. Quick trip for them, but I loved every moment of it. I think my parents are the coolest!
Thanks to everyone for making my 25th birthday so special!! Loved getting presents in the mail and phone calls! I think it is going to be a good year. :)
